Each four page weekly newsletter is full of hands on activities related to the weekly themes. The activities are developed primarily for children ages 2-5 years.
 
Each month also includes infant care and afterschooler ideas. Each issue also features great recipes (including CACFP credits) and the Book Corner.

Since I've subscribed for several years, I save my back issues and I have a nice resource library.
